What we measure, and how we report it

Every engagement is scoped against a small set of metrics agreed on up front — time saved, error rate, throughput, or cost — so success isn't a matter of opinion at the end.

How we define success before we start

Before any build begins, we agree on the baseline: how long the current process takes, how often it breaks down, and what it costs. That baseline becomes the yardstick for the engagement, and it's revisited at the midpoint and at handoff.
